摘要
在探讨区域开发管制基本概念和区域开发管制区划总体框架的基础上,以安徽省京沪铁路沿线经济带城镇布局规划研究为例,重点研究了区域规划中的区域开发管制问题。
On the basis of elemental conception and general framework of layout of regional development management,Anhui urban layout of the economic belt alongside the Beijing-Shanghai railway is illustrated to put forward and study those problems.
