摘要
采用自然沉降法对校园 95个采样点进行空气细菌总数监测 ,了解到高校校园空气微生物污染情况 ,并分析了造成污染的可能因素。结果细菌总数合格率为 79% ,不同年度、不同场所空气细菌总数合格率不同 ,各项指标之间差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。由此可知 ,校园空气细菌的数量受时间。
Objective: to study the microorganism pollution in air on a college campus, and analyze at 95 collection sites on campus. Result :the total colonies qualified rate was 79%.There was different rate in different years and places.The differences between different years and places have statistical significance(P<0.01) . Conclusion: the total colonies in air on campus are affected by different years and places, etc.
