结合工程实际 ,对工程项目的采购管理进行探讨。从采购计划的制订与调整、采购计划的分解与实施等方面严格把关 ,确保工程进度的按期完成和工程造价的降低。
Combining an engineering example, the stock management of the engineering material carries on the study. Establishing and adjusting, the purchase plan is been distributed and carried out,insuring the work project of according to the date complete to build and the price to lower with engineering. The experience that tallies up has the certain leading meaning.
