海河流域地下水生态环境问题及对策

The Ecological Problem of the Groundwater in the Haihe River Valley and Its Solution

通过分析海河流域地下水开采与环境变化的关系，揭示了由于海河流域地下水过量开采而引发的生态环境问题。针对这些生态环境问题，根据海河流域各地地下水储量以及开发和利用现状，将海河流域地下水进行分区．并分别提出合理的开发利用地下水的措施。

By analyzing the relation between the underground water and environment, this paper raises the over exploitation cause the ecological and environment problem in the Haihe River Valley. And to solve these problems, in the light of the specific conditions of the groundwater in different region and the difference of the exploitation and the utilization in the present situation, the paper divides into region to the groundwater and raises the solution of the exploitation and the utilization in the groundwater.
