The Medium-Waged Class is the Main Force to Realize the Well-to-do Society

在社会各阶层中，中等收入阶层在社会发展中起着巨大的作用，是社会稳定和建设的主体，是全面建设小康社会的主力军。因此，我们应通过大力发展生产力，积极发展高等教育，进一步完善分配政策，调节税收政策，实现劳动力市场一体化，实行福利政策一体化等多种途径扩大中等收入者比重。

Among the different classes of the society,the medium-waged class plays a great role in the development of the sociefy ,which is the main part to steady and construct the well-to-do society from all-round. Therefore ,we shoud enlarge the medium-waged proportion by the following types of ways:progressively develop productive forces, energetically develop education, perfect the division policy, adjust the tax policy , realize the unification of the labour market ,processd the unification of the walfare policy ,etc.
