摘要
经营者利用框架来对企业进行经营管理,但是,有时框架也会产生盲点和陷阱。通过对认知框架和框架效应的分析,指出了在企业经营管理中应对框架效应的策略以及如何建立和管理科学框架的问题。
Frame was used by managers to run the enterqrise, but these frames may produce scotoma and trap. Through recognizing frame and analyzing framing effect, the tactics of handling frame and framing effect in the process of managing enterprise will be found, and we also know how to build and manage frame.
