目前，高校学生管理工作不可避免地触及到一些法律问题，高校学生管理工作法治化已成为时代发展的必然。文章分析了高校学生管理法治化的重要性以及当前高校学生管理中对学生侵权的主要表现，对高校学生管理工作法治化的途径和方法做了一些探讨。

At present,the universities student supervisory work is inevitably touching some questions of law,the university student supervisory work by law becomes the necessity of the time development. This article analyzes the importance as well as the main performance which infringes upon the right to the student, has made some discussions to the universities student supervisory work by law.
