孔子的预防犯罪思想与我国犯罪预防体系的完善

The Ideas of Confucius about Crime Prevention and the Perfection of Chinese Crime Prevention System

犯罪是人类社会发展到一定历史阶段出现的一种病态社会现象，自从其产生以来，人们便不停的同犯罪行为作斗争。孔子作为中华民族的儒家文化代表，在几千年前便提出了预防犯罪思想。通过对孔子预防犯罪思想的分析，就我国当前预防犯罪体系的完善提出自己的几点见解。

Crime is a sickly state of the society when it developes to a certain degree. Human beings have to fight the continuous war against crime from its very beginning.Confucius, the founder of confucianism,raised the question of crime prevention as early as several thousand years ago.Based on a close analysis of his ideas,this paper sheds some light on perfecting present chinese crime prevention system.
