On the Leading Role of Colleges and Universities Teachers in the Construction of Campus Culture

校园精神文化形态可划分为三种形态：一是智能发展型文化；二是伦理道德、价值取向及审美型文化；三是情感、人格、心理型文化。高校教师作为学校相对稳定的群体，是校园文化的传承者，在校园精神文化建设中起着主导作用。

The forms of campus spiritual culture can be divided into 3 types: culture of developing intellectual ability; culture of ethics, value orientation and aesthetic; and culture of emotion, moral character and psychology. Teachers of colleges and universities as a relatively steady group are inheritors of campus culture, playing a leading role in the construction of campus mental culture.
