加氢还原法合成邻氨基苯甲醚的工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了用邻硝基苯甲醚催化加氢合成邻氨基苯甲醚,代替传统的硫化钠还原工艺。研究确定的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度80℃,反应压力0.7MPa,催化剂用量0.9%(以占邻硝基苯甲醚质量计),溶剂与邻硝基苯甲醚质量比为0.75∶1。加氢还原和硫化钠还原工艺比较,反应时间由6h缩短到1.75h,产品收率由90.5%提高到93.8%,解决了产生大量含硫废水的问题,产品成本可显著降低。 o- Anisidine was synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation with o - nitroanisole, instead of traditional reduction by sodium sulfide. The optimum reaction condition was determined. The temperature of reaction was 80℃, the pressure of reaction was 0. 7 MPa, the amount of catalyst was 0. 9 % (based on the mass of o - nitroanisole), and the mass ratio of solvent to o - nitroanisole was 0. 75 : 1. Comparing with reduction by sodium sulfide, the time of reaction was decreased from 6 h to 1.75 h, and the yield was increased from 90. 5% to 93.8%. Furthermore, the problem of producing a great deal of sulfur - containing waste water was resolved. Production cost was reduced by ¥1650.
