改良固定反式TBA联合前牵矫治前牙反对软组织的影响

Clinical investigation of the modified fixed reverse Twin-block appliance combined with maxillary protraction in treatment of anterior crossbite in soft tissue

目的:临床应用改良固定反式双阻板矫治器(Twin-blockappliance,TBA)联合前牵治疗AngleⅢ类骨性前牙反牙合,以期评价其临床应用效果及对软组织的影响。方法:矫治骨性前牙反牙合15例,对治疗前后临床表现及X线软组织测量进行分析,并与单纯反式TBA组进行比较。结果:联合组上下颌软组织的变化均十分明显,较快改善了侧貌外形。反式TBA组对下颌软组织的影响较大。结论:认为反式TBA联合前牵对上下颌软组织作用均较大,是矫治前牙反牙合的理想装置。

Objective To evaluate the curative effects of the modified fixed reverse TBA combine maxillary protraction on treatment of early Angle Ⅲ skeletal anterior crossbite. Methods The appliance was used on 15 growing subjects with early Angle Ⅲ skeletal malocclusion, compared with the modified fixed reverse TBA in clinical character and X-ray cephalometry before and after treatment. Results The maxillary and mandibular soft tissue changes could be achieved fast in combined treated group, and the profile had changed effectively.The main changes in the modified fixed reverse TBA treated group were reduced mandibular soft tissue protrusion. Conclusion All findings indicated that Angle Ⅲ skeletal anterior crossbite can be corrected successfully with reverse TBA combined maxillary protraction. The maxillary and mandibular soft tissue changes could be achieved fast in combined treated group, and the profile had changed effectively.
