摘要
中国纺织工业以量取胜的时代已经过去,只有加快产业升级,走新型工业化道路才能在复杂的国际贸易环境中处于不败之地,质量、创新和快速反应能力是中国纺织企业今后战略调整的努力方向。文章指出了中国纺织品质量现状及其与国外的差距,重点分析了中国的纺织品质量控制技术及发展方向,并介绍了中国纺织商业检测机构的现状及检测市场,最后提出了中国纺织品质量战略要点。
The days when the Chinese textile industry took market domination by mere quantity superiority have passed. Now the only way to maintain an invincible position in the complicate international trade environment is to accelerate industry upgrading and realize new industrialization. Meanwhile,Chinese textile enterprises should readjust their strategy in the light of improving their product quality as well as their innovation and quick-response ability.The article first points out the quality situation of Chinese-made textiles and the disparity compared with their foreign counterparts,and then it analyzes the quality control technologies applicable to Chinese-made textiles and introduces the commercial textiles testing organizations in China and the market for textiles testing,and finally it outlines the strategy for quality control of Chinese-made textiles.
