摘要
目的:为了加强对河北省各市级新生儿疾病筛查中心(市级新筛中心)的管理和质量控制,考核各市级筛查中心实验室的实验质量。方法:河北省新生儿疾病筛查中心(省新筛中心)于2004年5月份组织河北省各市级筛查中心参加卫生部临检中心的新生儿疾病筛查实验室室间质控。根据实验项目,实验方法分组比较。分定性和定量两种评分标准,苯丙氨酸测定和促甲状腺素测定两组实验中质控品分别为5种,定量判断中,结果在x±3s之间得100%分,之外得分为0分。定性判断分阴性、阳性、可疑阴性、可疑阳性4种,判断正确得100%分,错误得0分。结果:苯丙氨酸测定:定量判断100%分4所,80%分3所,60%分1所;定性判断100%分7所,60%分1所,40%分1所。促甲状腺素测定:定量判断100%分3所,80%分3所,60%分1所,0分1所;定性判断100%分4所,80%分3所,60%分1所。结论:通过对各实验室结果分析,发现部分实验室结果较差,离散度大,系统误差严重。部分实验室切值选择不理想,定性判断失误多。实验方法之间存在差别,全定量方法优于半定量方法。
Objective: To strengthen the management and the quality control of each municipal newborn's diseases screening center(municipal center) and the experiment quality of each laboratory. Methods: Hebei provincial newborn's diseases screening center organized each municipal center to take part in inter - laboratory quality control of health ministry clinical laboratory center. According to the experiment items and methods to set group, and settle qualitative and quantitative score standard . The control had five kinds respectively in phenylalanine (phe) and thyroid- stimulating hormone (TSH) analysis, In quantitative analysis, the result divided into negative, positive,shadiness negative and shadiness positive. The result were right to score 100% , or score 0, Results: In phenylalanine (phe) , quantitative analysis: total score is 100% , 4 units; 80% , 3 units; 60%, 1 unit, qualitative analysis: total score is 100% , 7 units; 60% , 1 unit;40%, 1 unit, In TSH quantitative analysis : total score is 100%, 3 units; 80% , 3 units; 60%, 1 unit; 0, 1 unit, qualitative analysis:the total score is 100% , 4 units; 80% , 3 units; 60% , 1 unit, Conclusion: Through analyzing each laboratory's result, discovered that parts of laboratoryg result was worse , the deviation was large, the system deviation was serious, parts of laboratory's cut - off value doesn't appropriate, the fixed quantitative analysis was better than half quantitative analysis,
