2001～2003年剖宫产情况的临床分析

The clinical analysis of the cesarean section from 2001 to 2003

目的：总结2001-2003年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化。方法：回顾分析2001～2003年的剖宫产孕妇的临床资料。结果：①剖宫产率在一个比较适当的水平。②其中经产妇剖宫产率呈逐渐上升趋势。③剖宫产指征中，臀位剖宫产、剖宫产史再次妊娠剖宫产率上升。结论：保持适当的剖宫产率关键是严格掌握剖宫产指征。

Objective： To summarize the changes of cesarean section rate and its indication from 2001 to 2003. Methods： The clinical data of the gravida with cesarean section in these three years were retrospectively studied. Results ： ①The rate of cesarean section remained a propriate level. ②The cesarean section rate of the laid - in women has increasing trend.③Within the indications the cesarean section rate of buttocks position CS and CS history has been increased. Conclusion： The key to keep suitable CS rate is to grasp strictly the indications.
