儿童紫癜性肾炎血、尿内皮素-1变化的研究

Changes of blood and urine endothelin-1 in children with schonlein-henoch purpuric nephritis.

目的:探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)在紫癜性肾炎(SHPN)发病中的作用。方法:采用放射免疫法分别测定SHPN组20例和无肾损害的过敏性紫癜(NSHPN组)20例急性期和恢复期血、尿ET-1浓度,设16例健康儿童为对照组。结果:急性期SHPN组血、尿ET-1均高于正常对照组和NSHPN组(P<0·01);恢复期SHPN组血、尿ET-1仍然高于正常对照组和NSHP组(P<0·05),而NSPN组血、尿ET-1与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0·05)。结论ET-1可能参与体内凝血和肾脏损伤过程,检测ET-1是判断肾脏损害以及损害程度的参考指标。

Objective： To study the effect of endothelin - 1 （ ET - 1 ） on the incidence of schonlein - henoch purpuric nephritis. Methods ： ET - 1 of blood and urine was measured with radioimmunoassay in 20 children with schonlein - henoch purpuric nephritis （SHPN） and 20 children with schonlein -henoch purpura （NSHPN, no abnormal finding in the examination of the urinary system） in the acute period and convalescence , respectively. 16 normal children as controls. Results： ET - 1 of blood and urine of SHPN group in the acute period was all significantly higher than both control group and NSHPN group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . ET - 1 of blood and urine of SHPN group in the convalescence was also significantly higher than both control group and NSHPN group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while NSHPN group was not significantly higher than the control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： ET - 1 is probably involved in the process of coagucation and renal damage.Testing of ET - 1 in the blood and urine can be used as a standard to judge the degree of renal damage.
