摘要
以丙烯腈为原料,经催化氯化、消除、蒸馏等步骤制得2-氯丙烯腈。对催化剂的选择,原料的用量,阻聚剂,反应温度,搅拌速度等进行了探讨。收率达到92.6%,产品沸点88℃~89℃。
Using acrylonitrile as the starting reagent, 2-chloroacrylonitrile was prepared in several reaction steps including catalytic chlorination, clean-up, and distillation. Research was conducted to determine reaction parameters including catalyst selection, use rate of the starting reagent, selection of polymerization retardant, reaction temperature,and stirring speed. Product yield was 92.6% and the boiling point was 88-89℃.
