运动训练对局灶性脑梗死大鼠梗死灶周围皮层NCAM mRNA表达的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨运动训练对脑梗死大鼠梗死灶周围皮层NCAMmRNA表达的影响。方法:用Wistar大鼠制作大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型。48h后随机分为3组:运动训练组、手术对照组、假手术对照组。每组均单独饲养于小鼠笼中,运动组每天被动跑笼40min。在MCAO后7、14、21、28天用原位杂交的方法检测梗死灶周围皮层NCAMmRNA的表达。结果:梗死灶周围皮层NCAMmRNA表达明显增加(P<0.01),运动训练组梗死灶周围皮层NCAMmRNA表达明显高于非训练组(P<0.05)。结论:脑缺血梗死可明显诱发NCAMmRNA的表达,运动训练可增加其表达。 Objective:To study the effects of exercise training on expression of NCAM mRNA after cerebral infarction in rats.Method:The right middle cerebral artery was occluded with electric coagulation in Wistar rats. The rats were feed in small cages and were randomly divided into three groups 48 hours later. Training group which was given wheel-running exercise everyday(n=20). Control group(n=20) and sham-operated group(n=10).The expression of NCAM mRNA in cortex of the three groups was detected at lw,2w,3w and 4w after the MCAO.Result: In the cortex around the infarcted focus,the expressions of NCAM mRNA elevated much significantly after cerebral infarction (P〈0.01). The expression of NCAM mRNA in training group was higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The cerebral infarction induces the expression of NCAM mRNA. The training exercise can enhance its expression.
