摘要
分析了继电保护整定计算通用平台应具备的功能及提供的接口,探讨了几种接口形式。福建电网为了实现继电保护整定计算的微机程序化,引进了继电保护整定计算通用平台RCMBase2000,并在福建电网得以完满的构建和扩展。明显提高了福建电网继电保护整定计算和运行管理水平。
This paper analyzes the function and interface of the general software platform for relay setting and discusses several interface models. In order to fulfill relay setting programming, the software RCMBASE2000 is introduced into Fujian power grid. Its built and function extension improve the management level of relay setting and operation.
