西方国际关系理论的“进步”意识形态

The Ideology of Progress in Western International Relations Theories

自启蒙运动以来,“进步”作为一种信念,逐渐渗入到包括国际关系在内的人文科学。尽管冷战的结束证明了西方国际关系理论在追求“进步”上的失败,但作为意识形态工具的“进步”在西方国际关系理论中却取得了“长足”进步:就西方国际关系理论而言,它是这一学科本身及其内部等级划分的合法化证明;而就西方国际关系理论所关注的外部世界而言,它又成为了“西方中心论”的合法化证明。正是这种“进步”意识形态的存在,使得打破西方国际关系理论的话语霸权显得异常必需与紧迫,使得有中国特色的国际关系理论的发展更显迫切。

Since the Enlightenment, progress as an ideal has been stepped into the study of human science, including international relations. The end of cold war proved that the western international relations theories had failed to pursuit progress. But the idea of progress has been become a tool of legitimacy; to legitimate the international relations as a discipline and western domination of the theory. Therefore, the international relations theory with Chinese character is under great pressure.
