摘要
采用NarverandSlater的市场导向的架构对重庆市物流企业进行了市场导向的测度,并从实证的角度通过因子分析和回归方法分析市场导向各个组成部分对物流企业绩效的影响。结果表明了市场导向的客户导向和跨功能间组织协调对物流企业绩效的提高具有明显的影响,为物流企业进行改革提供了理论依据和战略参考。
The paper has conducted an empirical study on the market orientation of logistics enterprises in Chongqing municipality based on the content construct of market orientation by Narver and Slater. Factor analysis and regression analysis have been adopted to measure the effect of each component of market orientation on the performance of the logistics enterprises. It shows that customer orientation and interfunctional coordination contribute remarkably to the performance of logistics enterprises. This result will provide a theoretical guide and strategic reference for the reform of logistics enterprises.
