摘要
在分析和比较其他学者对于家族企业的定义的基础上,给出了适合中国国情的家族企业的定义,从文化视角和经济学视角探讨家族企业存在的合理性及其优劣势,总结当前我国家族企业表现出的四个发展趋势。
Family businesses have played an important role in the economic development around the world. Based on the theoretical analysis about several definitions of family business, the author puts forward a new definition of family business. From the view of culture and economics, the paper explores the advantages and disadvantages of family business, and explains why family businesses can exist in. Finally, the paper summarizes four evolving trends of China＇ s family businesses.
