摘要
通过模拟试验和实际提升过程中的精密测量控制,对超高层钢结构中大跨度、大截面钢桁架整体提升测量控制技术进行研究,实践表明:该技术的测量精度高,可保证安装质量;经模拟计算,有效地解决了超高层钢结构厚板焊接、温差变化对测量控制的影响,对类似工程有借鉴意义。
By means of simulation test and precise survey control in lifting process, researches are made on the survey controlling technology of the integral lift of big-dimensional steel truss. Practice shows that this technology has a high survey precision, and can ensure erection quality. Through analogue calculation, the influence of thick plate welding and temperature variation of the super high rise steel structure on the survey control is avoided effectively. It can be therefore made a reference for other similar project.
