摘要
本文阐述了城乡互动的概念及其含义与现实意义,分析了集聚经济规律对城乡互动的作用机制,从户籍、就业和农村土地制度、乡镇企业集聚、卫星城镇功能诸方面,提出了实现城乡互动的对策。
This article explains the notion of the City-Country Exchanging Movement and its practical significance, analyzes the mechanism of The Centralization Economic Law to the City-Country Exchanging Movement,then brings forward some measures to realize the exchanging movement between cities and countries from such aspects as： census register, employment and the rural land system, rural corporations centralization, the functions of secondary planet towns, and so on.
