摘要
提出了如何利用系统思考的观点分析ERP项目实施中的若干关键因素,并从建立的系统基模中找出杠杆解,以期为今后ERP项目在我国的实施提供参考。
Based on the view of systems thinking, this paper analyses the influences of factors in ERP projects implementation, and finds out the leverage points of systems archetypes established by the authors. The paper aims at offering some references to ERP projects implementation in China for the future.
