乳腺肿瘤诊断标志物—乳腺球蛋白 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺球蛋白由于其乳腺组织特异性作为一个有希望的乳腺肿瘤标志物已讨论了近十年。该文综述了其分子结构,在肿瘤组织及其它组织中的表达、经淋巴结转移及检测方法。说明乳腺球蛋白的检测可能成为乳腺癌诊断及提示预后的重要工具。
