摘要
CT和MRI等新的神经影像学和其他诊断技术的发展,加深了我们对腔隙性梗死的认识,同时也带来了对经典腔隙假说和发病机制的怀疑和争论。争论之一就是栓塞是否是腔隙性梗死的关键。要澄清这一问题,应在未来的研究中对腔隙性梗死这一疾病实体给予特别的关注。
