乌灵胶囊和黛力新治疗广泛性焦虑症对照研究

A paralleled compared study of Wuling capsule and Deanxit in the treatment of general anxiety disorder

目的观察乌灵胶囊对广泛性焦虑症的疗效与安全性。方法采用平行对照研究方法,治疗组30例患者给予口服乌灵胶囊3粒,3次/日;对照组30例患者给予口服黛力新1片,2次/日。于治疗前及治疗后第1周、2周、4周、6周分别以汉密顿焦虑量表(HamiltonAnxietyScale,HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HamiltonDepressionScale,HAMD)、治疗时出现的症状量表(TreatmentEmergentSymptoms,TESS)及实验室检查评估疗效与安全性。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为73%、77%,二组之间疗效无显著差异。治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为11%,主要为口干、过度镇静和头痛。结论乌灵胶囊是治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效可靠、安全的药物。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Wuling capsule compared with Deanxit in the treatment of general anxiety disorder（GAD）. Methods： 60 patients met Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria of mental disorders, 3nd Rev Ed, criteria for GAD were assigned to Wuhng capsule group （ therapy group, n = 30 ） and Deanxit group （ controlled group, n = 30 ） for 6 weeks. Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） , Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale （ TESS ） before treatment and 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment. Results ：There was no significant difference in response rate between the two groups（ Wuling group ：73%, Deanxit group：77% ）. There was no significant side effects of Wullng group. The incidence of side effects of Deanxit group was 11% . The main side effects were dry mouth, sedation and headache. Conclusion ： Wuing capsule was effective and safe in the treatment of GAD .
