前列地尔脂微球制剂治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on Unstable Angina Treated with Alprostadil

目的观察前列地尔(前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂,Lipo-PGE1,商品名:凯时)治疗不稳定心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将70例UAP患者伴有心电图ST-T改变的随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例,在常规治疗基础上加用LipoPGE1,10μgqdiv;对照组30例行常规治疗。结果治疗组有效率94%,显著优于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心肌缺血次数、心肌缺血时间、最长持续时间、室性早搏次数、阵发性室速次数及血小板聚集率较治疗前减少,且治疗后各项指标治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在常规的治疗基础上加用Lipo-PGE1对UAP的疗效明显优于常规治疗,Lipo-PGE是一种治疗UAP疗效确切、安全性较高的药物。

Objective To observe the curative effect and side effect of alprostadil treated for unstable angina （UAP）. Methods 70 cases of UAP patient with ST- T change were divided into control group 30 cases treated with routine method and therapy group 40 cases treated with alprostadil on base of routine method. Results They were94% effective rate in therapy group andT0% incontrol group （ P 〈0.05）. The clinical data of time of ischemia and dnrafion and so on were better in therapy group than those in control group. Conclusion The alprostadil based on routine method could treat UAP better with good effect and safe.
