摘要
农村剩余劳动力转移是经济发展的必然趋势,是农村内外因素相互作用的结果。由于制度、社会环境、农民自身等方面因素的制约,我国农村剩余劳动力的转移速度缓慢,结构不合理。本文对阻碍劳动力转移的因素进行了分析并相应从教育培训、战略思想、企业发展、制度创新等方面提出了解决途径。
The transfer of rural surplus labor is the inexorable trend o! economic development,and the result that a rural internal and external factor is interactive. Because of the restriction in system, social environment, peasant, etc. , the transformation of the surplus rural laborer of our country is slow in speed, the structure is unreasonable. This paper analyses and corresponding from education and training in hindering the factor that the workforce shifted, the respects, such as strategic thought, enterprise development, system innovation, ect.and proposed solving way.
