高校收费改革,从无到有,历经十余载,在一定程度上缓解了学校办学经费投入不足的状况,对我国高等教育的迅速发展起到了积极的作用,但是,近几年来,高校乱收费问题异常突出,产生了不良的影响,成为全社会关注的焦点。本文试图就此做一些探讨。

The transformation of college tuition has improved the insufficient fee condition for running colleges for over ten years. It helps our high education to develop rapidly. The problems of arbitrary charging tuition has been more and more serious in recent years, which results in real -effects and becomes the focus of the whole society. That is the reason why the nation pays more attention to it, which is put at the first place to correct。
