摘要
对利用管道气力输送原理和吸排车运输炼铁重力除尘和干法除尘灰的工艺进行讨论与总结。首秦公司一年的生产实践证明,这种工艺与过去采用的喷水加湿和车辆运输除尘灰的传统方式相比,吸排车运送方式具有全过程封闭、零污染、节约水资源、工作效率高等特点,是一条炼铁清洁化生产、循环利用资源、节能环保的新路,应用前景广泛。
The essay discusses and concludes the transportation process of dust collected by gravity precipitator and dry type deduster during ironmaking by means of pneumatic conveying through pipeline. One year production in Shouqin Metal Material Co. Ltd. demonstrates the features of transportation via suction car compared with the conventional method of dust wetting and transportation, i.e. fully closed, pollution free, water saving and high efficiency in the whole transportation process. The author thinks that this transportation method will be widely used since it is a new way for realizing clean production of ironmaking, resource recycling, energy saving and environment protection.
