摘要
介绍了微电子技术推动航空电子系统发展的历史,综述了与航空相关的微电子技术发展状况及在我国某型飞机航空电子系统结构中的应用;并指出:微电子技术的进步将推动未来先进航空电子系统的迅速发展;将新的微电子技术及产品应用到航空电子系统中,能够提升航空电子综合化、模块化、智能化水平。
The history of the application of microelectronics in the development of avionic system is introduced. Then, the current situation of microelectronics and its application in the avionic system of a certain type aircraft are summarized.The conclusion is： the improvement of microelectronic technique will greatly accelerate the development of advanced avionic system.The integration, modularization and intelligence level of the avionic system can be upgraded with use of new microelectronic technology.
