摘要 多轴转台运用于多个领域中,可采用上下位机精确控制。以PLC为下位机控制步进电机,通过上位机VC++的MSComm控件实现上下位机的通信,利用角编码器的反馈信号对转台角度控制,检测固定在零位处光电开关的信号实现转台的归零。二轴转台系统实现的结果表明该方法简单、稳定且容易实现。经协议扩展可以实现多轴转台的精确控制。 Multi - axis turntable is used in many fields, which can be controlled by upper and lower computer precisely. A serial communication programmed is developed by use of MSComm of VC + + , and the real time communication between upper and lower computer is realized. PLC is used as the lower computer for step motor control. The photoelectric switch and an angle encoder are used for precise control of the clockwise/counter- clockwise turning and clearing of the turntable. The controlling accuracy is influenced also by the step motor. The result of a two- axis turntable system indicates that this method is simple, steady and easily realized. After the protocol is extended, accurate control for multi - axis turntable can also be realized.
