本文就笔者的回顾,记述了民族研究所成立25年来所取得的成绩及其成长的过程,从中总结出值得汲取的经验和教训,以资其未来发展和建设的借鉴。

In this paper, the author records and narrates the considerable progress made and growth process since the 25th anniversary of the founding of Institute of Research for Nationalities, and summs up the experience and lessons deserving to be acquired, its purpose lies in providing reference for the future development and construction of Institute of Research for Nationalities.
