摘要
目的研究氟中毒患者红细胞膜脂质含量和组分及防氟改水后的变化。方法研究对象为对氟中毒轻、重病区和改水5年的氟中毒患者;Pande等法测定红细胞膜中总脂,TakemuraφMiyazaki法测定总磷脂,Jak法测定总胆固醇,Shimo-Saki的改良法测定脂性荧光物质,薄层色谱法测定磷脂的主要组分。结果重病区氟中毒患者红细胞膜中LSFP、PC明显高于轻病区和改水5年区,改水后PC显著降低(P<0.05)。重病区患者总胆固醇的含量、胆固醇/磷脂的比值、SM均明显高于轻病区患者(P<0.05),而与改水区无明显差异。但改水后总胆固醇的含量、胆固醇/磷脂的比值仍显著高于轻病区(P<0.05)。结论氟可引起红细胞膜脂质损伤,防氟改水可以使氟中毒患者红细胞膜中的脂质氧化有一定的改善。
Objective To study the modification on the content and major classes in the erythroeyte membrane lipids of patients with endemic fluorosis. Methods The patients from the varies areas with endemic fluorosis were regard as objectives by cross investigation. The erythrocyte membrane lipids were measured by Pande method. The phospholipids(PI) was determined by Takemura φ Miyazakimethod, The cholesterol(Ch) was set out followed Jak method. Lipids soluble fluorescence pigment (LSFP) was measured by ShimoSaki improved method, and the major classes of phospholipid were analyzed using thin - layer chromatography. Results The content of erythroeyte membrane LSFP and PC of patients with heavy fluorosis was higher markedly than that of light fluorosis area and the area with changing the water source, and PC were decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.0.5). The content of total Ch,the ratio of Ch/PI and SM were higher than that of light fluorosis, but there was no difference from that of the area with changing the water source and the total Ch content and Ch/PI of the latter was still higher than that of light fluorosis( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Fluride may be do harm to lipids of erythroeyte membrane in patients from endemic flurosis, and the state of the erythroeyte membrane lipids oxidized from patients with endemic fluorosis can be improved by changing the water source.
