摘要
目的研究骨骼肌收缩对绝经后骨质疏松骨结构的影响。方法成年雌性大鼠40只,随机分为4组,每组10只:对照组、骨质疏松组、骨骼肌收缩Ⅰ组、骨骼肌收缩Ⅱ组。骨质疏松组及骨骼肌收缩组开腹切除双侧卵巢后缝合,4d后开始实验。骨骼肌收缩运用游泳方式,时间30min,每周6次,对照组、骨质疏松组置水中30min不运动。实验第12周结束。抽血处死,取后肢骨做骨强度及骨病理检查,血及时检验。结果雌性大鼠去卵巢后雌性激素下降,骨结构疏松,骨强度下降,骨骼肌收缩可以减缓这种损害。结论加强骨骼肌收缩可抑制骨质疏松骨组织吸收,增强骨强度。开始的时间越早,抑制骨吸收效果越好。
Objective Investigate the influence of skeletal muscle shrinkage on osteoporosis in ovariectomy rats. Methods Forty adult female rats were randomly separated into 3 groups:control group, osteoporosis group, skeletal muscle shrinkage Ⅰ group andskeletal muscle shrinkage Ⅱ group. Each group had 10 rats.The osteoporosis and skeletal muscle shrinkage groups' rats were undergone bilateral ovariectomy under general anaesthesia.4 days later the study was carried on.Swimming was used in skeletal muscle shrinkage group for 30 minutes and 6 times per week.The control and osteoporosis groups were put into water for 30 minutes but no swimming. 12 weeks later, all the rats were sacrificed after collected venous blood and bones of lower limb.The intensity and pathomorphology of bones were detected. The blood was detected immediately.Results The blood estrogen eontents in female rats declined after ovafiectomy.The bone structure and intensity loosed and declined.Skeletal muscle shrinkage could lessen these damages.Conclusions Strenglhen skeletal muscle shrinkage could inhibit the bone absorption of osteoporosis,improve the bone intensity.Earlier the swimming exercises was done, better the bone absorption could be inhibited.
