摘要
为了识别和解决企业资源规划(enterpriseresourceplanning,ERP)实施过程中存在的各质量需求之间的冲突,提出了一种面向实施过程的质量需求的冲突识别和协调技术.通过分析质量需求之间的关键要素及其相互关系,建立了质量需求冲突的识别模型;基于满意度最大的原则,给出了一种质量需求冲突的协调解决办法,并重点探讨了质量需求满意度和相对权重的评估方法.这些模型和方法将有助于及时地发现和解决各质量需求之间的冲突,减少实施过程中的阻力.
In order to identify and resolve the conflicts among quality requirements in the process of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation in good time, a process-oriented approach was studied. After analyzing the relationships among quality requirements, quality attributes, implementation strategy and stakeholder, a process model for identifying quality requirements conflicts was established. A technique of resolving those conflicts was developed based on the principle of maximal satisfaction degrees of aggregate requirements. A quantitative approach was developed to assess the relative priority of requirements based on the trade-off analysis between conflicting requirements. The developed analytic approaches are beneficial to finding out and resolving the conflicts of quality requirements, and reducing the handicap during the processes of ERP implementation.
