摘要
采用溶液自由基共聚合方法,合成了甲基乙烯基醚(MVE)与马来酸酐(MAN)的交替共聚物(PMVMA).研究了溶剂、聚合温度及反应时间等因素对共聚产品收率及产品特性黏度的影响.通过凝胶色谱仪(GPC)、傅立叶变换红外色谱仪(FT-IR)和超导核磁共振仪(NMR)表征了共聚物的结构.结果表明,合成PMVMA的优化条件为:使用环己烷与乙酸乙酯组成的混合溶剂、70~80℃反应8h,得到了MVE和MAN的交替共聚物,产品收率在90%以上,产品特性黏度在0.1~0.6.测定了MVE/MAN共聚物在四氢呋喃和水中的折光指数随溶液质量的变化率分别为0.076mL/g和0.2308mL/g.
The alternate copolymer of methyl vinyl ether and maleic anhydride (PMVMA) was synthesized by using solution radical copolymerization. The effects of solvent, polymerization temperature and polymerization time on the yield and specific viscosity of the copolymer were investigated. The copolymer's structure was characterized using FT-IR,GPC and ^13C-NMR. PMVMA's refractive indexes (RI) were also determined in tetrahydrofuran(THF) and water, respectively. The experimental results indicated that (1) the optimized condition is as follows:a mixture solvent of cyclohexane and ethyl acetate, and polymerization at 70~80 C for 8 hours; (2)the product's yield is over 90% and the range of specific viscosity varies from 0.1 to 0. 6; (3)the products are completely alternate copolymer ; (4) the copolymer's RI increment is much bigger in water ((dn/dc)H2O=0. 230 8 mL/g )than in THF((dn/dC)THF=O. 076 mL/g).
