基于互联网的中国物流供应链协调平台的研究——以江西省的图书物流供应链协调平台为例

China's Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination Platform on Internet——An Analysis Based on the Books Supply Chain Province in Jiangxi

基于互联网的物流供应链协调平台(LSCCPI)的研究是当今世界物流供应链管理的热点话题。本文回顾了国内外的LSCCPI的研究现状,并针对目前国内外研究方法的不足之处提出了系统动力学建模的新方法;在国内首次提出将LSCCPI分为电子商务信息平台、物流基础设施平台、政策法规平台;以江西的图书物流供应链协调发展平台为例讨论如何建设基于互联网的中国物流供应链协调平台。

Research on Logistics and Supply Chains Coordination Platform Based on Intemet（LSCCPl）is a worldwide hot topic of modern Logistics and Supply Chains theories. The paper firstly expatiates on the current status of LSCCPI research, and introduces a new method namely System Dynamics Modeling to overcome the shortcoming of traditional research approaches ； Secondly, it advocates that LSCCPI should be divided into three parts namely E-commerce information platform, Logistics infrastructurc platform and policy - law platform for the first time. In view of serious economic loss resulting from Jiangxi＇s book supply chain incoordination, the paper will take jiangxi＇ s book supply chain for example to discuss how to establish Chinese LSCCPI. Finally, also, we conclude some experience of LSCCPI planning in 4 foreign developed countries, hoping it will be helpful to make the Chinese supply chain more competitive.
