EDM混粉工作液过滤装置及其工艺流程

摘要 提出一种新型电火花加工工作液过滤装置,介绍其循环处理系统及工艺流程.该液循环处理系统可以实现:①混粉电火花加工时,可分离出混粉工作液中80%以上的加工渣,实现混粉加工在线除渣;②更换混粉工作液或从混粉加工向普通加工转换时,可分离粉末添加剂和加工渣,实现工作液的再次利用;③普通电火花加工时,可将加工渣从工作液中分离,实现普通工作液在线除渣. A new filteration system for EDM was designed, which can be integrated into a re-circulation system for working liquids. The theoretical basis for the circulation system was introduced. The new circulation system has several advantages over traditional systems. First, about 80% of the working-dregs can be separated from the powdermixed dielectric fluid while the system is working. Second, the powder additive and working-dregs can be separated from the working liquid so that the liquid can be used repeatedly. And third, in ordinary EDM systems, workingdregs can be separated from working fluid on line.
