摘要 以Ti(SO4)2为原料,利用微波辐射和低温水浴陈化,制备出粒径为4.0~7.0nm的锐钛矿相TiO2,用XRD、Raman光谱和TEM等对样品进行表征;考察了水浴陈化温度和微波辐射强度对纳米TiO2粒径及晶化度的影响;以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了纳米TiO2的光催化活性.实验结果表明,沉化温度的升高能提高锐钛矿相纳米TiO2的晶化度和光催化活性,经微波辐射和90℃水浴陈化制备的纳米TiO2具有较好的光催化活性. TiO2 and Fe-TiO2 (need correct formula), with crystal sizes between 4. 0~7.0 nm, were prepared from Ti ( SO4 ) 2 in the presence of microwave radiation followed by bath ageing at low temperature. The crystals were characterized by XRD, Raman Spectra and TEM, etc. The effects of bath ageing temperature and microwave radiation intensity on crystal size and crystallization degree were investigated. The photocatalytic activities of nano-TiO2 were also studied using methyl orange as a degradation product. The results indicate that ageing temperature is positively correlated to degree of crystallization. The photocatalytic activity of anatase nano-TiO2, prepared via microwave radiation and bath ageing at 90℃ is better than that at other conditions.
