摘要
目的探讨睾酮对慢性心功能不全雄性大鼠心脏结构及功能的影响。方法74只雄性SD大鼠分为:正常对照组;心衰组;睾丸切除+心衰组;睾丸切除+心衰+睾酮替代治疗组。应用超声学方法研究大鼠心脏结构及左室收缩功能的变化。结果在去势的慢性心衰雄性大鼠,睾酮水平下降,心功能随之下降;睾酮治疗明显增加心脏的重量,减小左室舒张末容积,阻止左室短轴缩短率的明显下降。结论在慢性心功能不全雄性大鼠,睾酮水平的下降加重了心功能不全,而生理量睾酮治疗则能够保护心脏的收缩功能。
[Objective] The purpose of our present study was to examine the effect of Testosterone on the left ventrieular structure and function of male rat with chronic heart failure (CHF). [Methods] 74 SD male rats were divided into 4 groups: Control; CHF; Orehieetomy(ORX)+CHF; ORX+CHF +Testosterone(T). The left ventrieular structure and function were examined by eehocardiography. [Results] In ORX+CHF male rats, heart function greatly decreased companying with the decrease of serum testosterone level. T administration led to myocardial hypertrophy and increased heart weights. T treatment decreased left ventrieular end-diastolic dimension (EDV) and prevented the decline of fractional shortening (FS). [Conclusion] In male rats with chronic heart failure, the decrease of serum testosterone level deteriorated the heart function and testosterone treatment can improve left ventricular systolic function.
