奋乃静治疗精神分裂症适宜血浓度研究

Study of optimal plasma levels of prephenazine in treatment of schizophrenia

目的探讨奋乃静治疗精神分裂症的适宜血药浓度。方法应用高效液相色谱检测奋乃静低、中、高剂量治疗精神分裂症第4、6周血药浓度水平,同时分别评定第4、6周BPRS、TESS量表。结果第4、6周低、中、高奋乃静血药浓度分别为(1.30±0.57)与(1.20±0.46(n=22)、(1.26±0.64)与(1.29±0.75)(n=32)、(1.34±0.78)与(1.41±0.69)(n=24)(μg/L),奋乃静血药浓度与疗效呈正相关,但血药浓度提高,副反应增加。结论奋乃静治疗精神分裂症适宜血药浓度以在0.8￣1.8μg/L之间为宜。

[Objective] to explore the optimal plasma levels of prephenazine in the treatment of schizophrenia.[Methods] The plasma levels of prephenazine were evaluatel by HPLC （high performance liquid chromatography）and the patients were assessed with BPRS, TESS in the end of 4th and 6th week. [Results] The plasma levels of low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group in the end of 4th and 6th were were （1.30±0.57） and （1.20±0.46） （n =22）, （1.26±0.64） and （1.29±0.75） （n =32）, （1.34±0.78） and （1.41±0.69） （n =24）（μ/L）. The optimal plasma levels of prephenazine were positively related to the efficacy. [Conclusion] The plasma levels of prephenazine to treat schizophrenia is between 0.8～1.8 μg/L.
