3种胆汁引流术在恶性梗阻性黄疸中的疗效观察

Observation on curative effects of three biliary drainage methods in treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice

目的比较观察桥式引流、PTCE、ROUX-EN-Y在治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸中的疗效。方法对该院1997￣2004年共126例恶性梗阻性黄疸病人资料按手术方式进行分组回顾总结,对数据资料进行统计学分析。结果3组病例各指标之间无显著性差异,桥式引流术胆红素下降速度较另外两组更快。结论3种引流方式在降低胆红素绝对值方面差异无显著性,但桥式引流可以更快降低胆红素至较低水平。

[Objective] To investigate the differenee of the eurative effeets between Bridge-Like Drainage,PTCD, and Roux-en-Y Drainage in treating malignant obstructive jaundice. [Method] The clinical data of 126 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice grouped by different drainage method were reviewed, the drainage operation were statistically analyzed. [Result] There aren＇t notable differences between the three groups in the decreasing volum of each index, but the Bridage-Like Drainage can make a much more rapid decline of the bilirubin.[Conclusion] The three drainage methods have no signifieant differencet in bilirubiln level decease, but the BridgeLike Drainage seems to accelerate the decrease of the bilirubin.
