阿托伐他汀与氟伐他汀对老年高脂血症强化降脂治疗的疗效和安全性观察

Comparative study of effects and safty of atorvastatin and fluvastatin on aged patients with hyperlipidemia

目的观察比较阿托伐他汀20mg/d与氟伐他汀80mg/d对老年高脂血症病人的降脂疗效及安全性影响。方法120例老年高脂血症患者以随机数字表法平均分成两组。A组:阿托伐他汀20mg/d;B组:氟伐他汀80mg/d。治疗前、治疗后2、4和8周检查血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)。结果A,B两组均能显著降低TC(P<0.01)、LDL-C(P<0.01)、TG(P<0.01),A组作用强于B组(P<0.05);同样A,B两组均能升高HDL-C,终点时比较A组仍优于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组均有良好的安全性。结论阿托伐他汀20mg/d与氟伐他汀80mg/d均能显著降低TC、LDL-C和TG水平,升高HDL-C水平;阿托伐他汀20mg/d作用明显优于氟伐他汀80mg/d,两者均有好的安全性。

[Objective] To investgate the effects and the safty of Atorvastatin and Fluvastatin on aged patients with hyperlipidemia. [Method] The 120 patients were divided into two groups randomly. 60 in group A were given orally atorvastatin 20 mg/d, and 60 in the group B were given orally fluvastatin 80 mg/d, respectively; The levels serum total cholesterol（TC）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and triglyceride （TG） were measured following the 2th week, 4th week, 8th week. And the changes of the functions of the patients＇ liver and kidney, the serum glucose level and the activities of myocardial enzymes in the two groups before and after the treatment were also observed. [Results] In the 2th, 4th, 8th week in group A the TCH levels of the patients were decreased by16.7%, 29.8% and 41.9%; the LDL-C leves were decreased by 30%, 43.2% and 48.6%; the TG levels were decreased by 16.7%, 25% and 41.8%; the HDL-C leves were increased by 1%, 3% and 11.1% respectively; While in the 2th, 4th and 8th week in group B the TCH levels of the patients were decreased by 6.6%, 14.7% and 26.2%, the LDL-C leves were decreased 5.6%, 16.7% and 25%, the TG leves were decreased 8%, 14% and 24%, the HDL-C were increased by 1%, 1%, 5% respectively. On the other side,the standard rate of atorvastatin 20 mg/d and fluvastatin 80 mg/d to decrease the LDL-C levels In the 2th, 4th, 8th week were 51.2%, 88.5%, 93.4%, 27.6%, 45.7%, 71.3%, respectively, there was significantly diffrence in the two groups.The reliability of both two groups was good. [Conclusion] Both atorvastatin 20 mg/d and fluvastatin 80 mg/d are effective and reliable in the treatment of Hyperlipidemia, however, atorvastatin 20 mg/d is superior to fluvastatin 80mg/d.
