中西结合治疗单纯性肠梗阻的探讨

Research for therapy of simple intestinal obstruction by combining traditional medicine with modern medicine

目的研究减少肠梗阻病人的手术率。方法分析过去四年经中西结合治疗单纯性肠梗阻病人48例。结果治疗组肠道恢复通畅率83.3%,对照组:55%。结论采用中西结合治疗肠梗阻,在严密监测肠绞窄的临床表现基础上,能有效地降低肠梗阻病人的手术率,尤为动力性肠梗阻。

[Objective] To reduce the operation rate of the patients who suffered from the intestinal obstruction.[Methods] It has been analysed that the 48 patients suffering from the simple intesinal obstruction who were treated with the modern and the traditional medicine. [Result] In treated group, percent 83.3 of the cases have gotten the intesinal unobstruction, but in the Contrasting group, only percent 55. [Conclusions] It can efficiently reduce the operation rate of the patients with the intestinal obstruction to apply the way of combining the traditional medicine with the modem treating the intestinal obstruction on the basis of observing the intestinal infarction.
