摘要
滚筒自动调高是实现采煤工作面自动化的关键技术之一,其核心是煤岩分界识别技术。采用记忆智能程控为主与传感器煤岩分界为辅的综合识别技术,不仅可弥补单一传感器识别所带来的稳定性、可靠性差和精度低等问题,又可避免记忆程控过于依赖人的行为所带来的不及时和随机现象。此种技术方法适用于大功率自动化采煤机,是首选的调高方法。
Automatic lifting of shearer drum is one of key techniques of coal face automation, and its core is identification technique of coal and rock interface. As the matter stands, the combined identification gives first place to the technique of memory program-control with intelligent, and coal-rock interface sensor is regarded as auxiliary. It is supplemental inferior stability and reliability and accuracy to single sensor identification, avoiding memory program-control too dependent human to set off hysteresis and random phenomenon of sampling. This method suits to powerful automatic shearer.
