加减桂枝芍药知母汤为主治疗类风湿关节炎59例临床观察

Treatment of 59 Cases of Reumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效。方法:采用加减桂枝芍药知母汤合针灸治疗组治疗RA59例,并与芬必得对照组的60例作疗效对比观察。结果:治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率63.2%,2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:加减桂枝芍药知母汤合针灸治疗RA具有减轻炎症刺激、缓解临床症状、控制病情发展之功效。

Objective： To observation on therapeutic effect of 59 cases of reumatoid arthritis （RA） treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and acupuncture. Methods： 59 cases in the treatment group treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and acupuncture and 60 cases in the control group treated with Fenbid, Comparing the effect in 2 groups. Results： The total effective rate was 91.7% and 63.2% in the treatment group and the control group, respectively. It was significantly changed （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and acupuncture have deginite therapeutic effect on controlling main symptoms of RA.
