摘要
针对H.264视频标准在视频会议等以人物为主体的视频应用,设计了一种基于人脸检测的分级量化器,文章首先介绍了H.264标准的量化基本原理,然后给出了结合人脸检测的分级量化器的设计,实验证明该量化器能够更有效地压缩图像。
Since some application of H. 264 such as video conference is mainly transfer image of human body,a classified quantizer based on human face detection is presented in this paper. Firstly, it introduces the theory of quantification in H. 264 standard. Then the design of classified quantizer combined with human face detection is given. The efficiency of the quantizer is proved by experiment.
