血管形成因素在颅内海绵状血管瘤中的表达 被引量:4

The analysis of angiogenetic factors expression in the intracranial cavernous malformations

摘要 目的通过对颅内海绵状血管瘤一大样本的免疫组化研究,了解其血管形成的特点。方法采用二步法,以血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及其受体Flt-1对临床随机选取的海绵状血管瘤50例、对照组正常脑组织血管20例分别进行免疫组化染色,根据染色强度进行对比分析。结果海绵状血管瘤中VEGF和Flt-1的表达呈明显阳性(),弥散分布,而所有正常脑组织血管中VEGF和Flt-1则无明显表达。结论在颅内海绵状血管瘤中存在血管形成因素的过度表达现象。 Objective To explore the angiogenesis activity of intracranial cavernous malformations through an large sample immunohistochemical study. Methods Fifty surgical samples of cavernous malformations and twenty normal control brain tissue samples were stained immunohistochemical with VEGF and Fit-1. An comparison analysis was made according to the expression intensity. Results In cavernous malformations,diffuse VEGF and Fit-1 were expressed intensively positive. None of VEGF and Fit-1 expression were detected in all the normal control brain tissue. Conclusion Excessive expression of angiogenetic factors related to biological behaviors were found in the intracranial cavernous malformations.
